Returns and Satisfaction Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to The Treasure Troves.
Due to the nature of jewelry products and hygiene considerations, returns are limited to the following circumstances:
• Item arrives damaged
• Incorrect item shipped
• Item lost in transit
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Customers may be required to provide photo documentation for damaged or incorrect items.
If approved, we offer either:
• Replacement item
• Store credit
• Refund where appropriate
Worn items or items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun unless otherwise required by law.
